Recipe: CHICKEN KABOBS

Ingredients:

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 jars baby juice (Apple or peach juice)
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Fresh garlic crushed
  • One clove
  • 2 jars baby food peaches

Instructions:

  1. Mix juice, peaches, garlic and teriyaki sauce in 13 x 9 dish.
  2. Add enough teriyaki to your taste.
  3. Cut chicken in pieces to place on skewer.
  4. Put in marinade overnight.
  5. Put chicken on skewers.
  6. Cook over grill.
  7. While cooking baste well with marinade.
  8. Serve with vegetables over rice.
