Recipe: CHICKEN AND PORK ADOBO

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb. chicken breast
  • 1/2 lb. lean pork
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken and pork in small pieces. Mix with sauce.
  2. Cook for 1/2 hour or until tender.
  3. Serve hot.
