Recipe: CHICKEN SPAGHETTI
- 1 whole chicken, cooked & boned
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- Saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Add cheese (cubed) and let it melt. Add can of Rotel.
- Cook spaghetti, drain and mix all ingredients.
Number of servings (yield): 3
