700g broccoli, salt to taste, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 clove garlic – chopped, 2 tbsp lemon juice.


Cook the broccoli in a little salted water.

Drain well and in the same saucepan put the olive oil and garlic.

Heat and add the broccoli.

Gently toss, and then sprinkle with lemon juice and 1/2 tsp salt.

Cook uncovered for 1 min.
