Recipe: Chutney Chicken Salad

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup mango chutney
  • 1 small golden delicious or gala apple, cored and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/4 − 1/3 cup low−fat mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions :

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Use as a sandwich filling or serve on top of a bed of greens. Chutney
