Recipe: Turkey Noodle Soup Express
- 3-1/2 cup chicken broth
- Generous dash pepper
- One medium carrot, sliced
- One stalk of celery, sliced
- ½ cup uncooked medium egg noodles
- 1 cup cubed cooked turkey
- Mix broth, pepper, carrot and celery in saucepan.
- Heat to a boil. Stir in noodles and turkey. Cook over medium heat ten minutes or until noodles are done.
