Old Bay Crab Cakes

Recipe: Old Bay Crab Cakes

Ingredients :

  • 2 slices bread, crusts removed Milk
  • 1 pound backfin crab meat
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions :

  1. Break bread in small pieces and moisten with milk; combine with remaining ingredients. Shape into patties.
  2. Fry quickly in 3 to 4 tablespoons hot oil until brown.
