Recipe: Shrimp Scampi
- Fresh, uncooked shrimp
- Fresh garlic or garlic powder
- Butter or margarine
- Remove shells and tails from shrimp. Cut through the back of shrimp to butterfly and remove veins.
- Sauté shrimp in butter and minced garlic or garlic powder until cooked. Add parsley for a bit of color.
