Halibut A La Toulonaise

Recipe: Halibut A La Toulonaise


  • fish
  • salt & pepper
  • cloves
  • lemon
  • juice and parsley


  1. Slice the fish; season highly with salt, pepper, cloves, lemon−juice and parsley.
  2. Then roll in flour and fry in hot olive−oil until brown. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
  3. Serve with a lettuce salad with French dressing.
