Hawaiian Pineapple Pie

Recipe: Hawaiian Pineapple Pie

Ingredients :

This makes 2 pies

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups crushed Pineapple
  • 2 cups coconut
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups white syrup
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 Tablespoons flour

Instructions :

  1. Combine all ingredients together and beat at low speed. Pour into 2 9 inch pie shells, (unbaked) and spoon butter over pie before baking, bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes.
