Recipe: Spinach With Onions
- 2 lb Fresh spinach;
- 2 tb Margarine;
- 1/2 c Onion;
- Nutmeg, thyme, salt & Freash ground pepper
- Rinse spinach thoroughly; place in to top of double boiler and heat until wilted. Drain and chop coarsely.
- Melt margarine in skillet; add onion. Saute over high heat until onion is brown on the edges.
- Add seasonings. Stir to blend. Add and toss to blend.
