Recipe: Streusel-Topped Peach Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced peaches — well drained
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar — packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 PIE SHELL — unbaked

Instructions

Prepare a 9″ pie shell.

  1. In large bowl combine all filling ingredients; mix well.
  2. Spoon into crust.

Topping:

  1. Combine all ingredients; mix with fork or pastry blender until crumbly.
  2. Sprinkle over filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
