Recipe: Pat’S Potato Stew

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/4 c Onion — chopped 1/4 c Water
  • 1 Celery stalk — chopped
  • 2 c Potatoes — cubed
  • 1/4 c Carrots — sliced
  • 1/2 c Cabbage — shredded
  • 1/2 c Kale — chopped
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1 Garlic clove — minced
  • 1/2 ts Salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 ts Paprika

Instructions :

  1. Cook onion in water over low heat for 25 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
