Wild Rice Bean Salad

Recipe: Wild Rice Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box Wild Quick Brown Rice
  • 2 c Cooked beans
  • 2/3 c Diced onions
  • 2 tb Lemon juice
  • 2 ts Tamari soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Cook contents of box according to package directions, cool.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and toss.
