Recipe: Good’N Easy Stew
- 3 pounds lean stewing beef — cut in 1 1/2″ chunks
- 1 1.5 oz envlp dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup sauterne wine — or
- beef broth 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup — or cream of celery soup 1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained — optional
- Combine all ingredients in Crock-Pot.
- Cover and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours .
- If desired, thicken gravy.
