Recipe: Veggie-Bean Sloppy Joes
- 1 md Onion chopped
- 1 md Green pepper chopped
- 3 c Cooked brown rice
- 2 16 oz. cans Mexican style Pinto beans
- 3/4 c Barbeque sauce
- Buns, rolls, corn bread
- What ever you’d like to put Underneath Saute onions and green peppers until tender crisp.
- Add rice, beans, and barbeque sauce. Simmer 10-15 minutes until heated through. Serve over your choice of rolls/bread.
