- 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1 lg Onion, grated
- 1 pk Noodles, small package
- 1 cn Mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb Hoop cheese, grated
- Salt 1 cn Tomato soup
- Brown meat and onion slowly while noodles are cooking. When both are done, add cheese to meat.
- Add noodles and stir until cheese melts. Add soup; mix slightly.
- Pour into baking dish. Cover with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter and brown.
