Recipe: Yogurt Smothie
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Davinci Syrup, any flavor
- 1/2 cup plain full−fat yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 6 ice cubes
- Blend all ingredients EXCEPT the ice in your blender until smooth.
- Then add the ice and blend. It makes a sinful “smoothie”.
