Recipe: Easy Crabmeat Casserole
- 1 pound crab meat
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces Cheddar, shredded
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 ounces sherry
- Mix all ingredients and put into a 2−quart glass casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes.
