Recipe: Cheesy Chicken & Vegie Noodles
- 500ml (2 cups) water
- 1 x 83g pkt 97% Fat Free Maggi
- 2 Minute Chicken Noodles
- 100g (1 cup) frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tbs cheddar, coarsely grated
- Place water in a small saucepan. Bring to the boil.
- Add noodles and vegetables to the pan. Cook, partially covered, for 2 minutes.
- Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons cooking liquid. Return the noodles, vegetables and reserved cooking liquid to the pan.
- Add half the flavour sachet from the noodle packet and half of the grated cheddar to the noodle mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Divide among serving bowls. Top with the remaining grated cheddar to serve.
