Recipe: Artichoke and bean dip
- 170g jar 97% fat-free marinated artichokes, drained
- 400g can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- Vegetable sticks, to serve
- Process artichokes, beans, garlic and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spoon into a bowl.
- Serve with vegetable sticks.
