Recipe: Melon with honey yoghurt


  • 1/2 honeydew melon, deseeded, quartered
  • 2 x 200g ctns 99 per cent fat-free honey buzz yoghurt (Ski D’lite brand)
  • 1 tbs mixed peel


  1. Arrange the melon on serving plates.
  2. Drizzle with yoghurt and sprinkle with mixed peel.
