Recipe: Melon with honey yoghurt
- 1/2 honeydew melon, deseeded, quartered
- 2 x 200g ctns 99 per cent fat-free honey buzz yoghurt (Ski D’lite brand)
- 1 tbs mixed peel
- Arrange the melon on serving plates.
- Drizzle with yoghurt and sprinkle with mixed peel.
