Recipe: Creamy basil dip
- 250g pkt light cream cheese, chopped
- 90g (1/3 cup) reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 bunch fresh basil, leaves chopped
- 2 tbs pine nuts
- 1 shallot, trimmed, thinly sliced
- Process the cream cheese, sour cream, basil, pine nuts and shallot in a food processor until just combined and the basil is finely chopped.
- Transfer to a serving bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
