Recipe: Crab, chilli & mint witlof leaves


  • 1 x 227g ctn Phillips Crab Meat Special, drained
  • 1 large fresh red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs finely shredded fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tsp finely grated lime rind
  • 2 tbs fresh lime juice
  • 2 witlof, leaves separated


  1. Combine the crab meat, chilli, mint, lime rind and lime juice in a medium bowl. Season with pepper.
  2. Spoon the crab mixture among the witlof leaves. Serve with the Lychee & Mint Fizz (see related recipe).
